Sidestep is an ability of Mac's in Minion Warfare. Using this ability, Mac quickly dodges either left or right (depending on the direction the player presses the Left Control Stick when using the ability). This ability is useful to dodging close-range attacks from classes such as Chomper, Cannot, or Sonic Clod. This is effective when used after every few punches from the Jab Combo. Punching several times, then using the Sidestep, then punching a few more times from a different angle is an effective maneuver that helps keep Mac light on his feet, yet still dangerous.
